Level 1

Atrophy

Saving Throw: Fortitude negates; Spell Resistance: Yes

With a touch, you cause the subject's muscles and organs to atrophy in his body. If the subject fails a Fortitude save, he takes 1 Strength damage and 1 Constitution damage every round. The subject can make a Fortitude save each round to end the effect.

Material Component: A withered leaf.

Level 2

Curse of Impending Blades

School: Necromancy [Curse]; Level: Sorcerer/wizard 2, Witch 2

Casting:

Casting Time: 1 standard action
Components: V, S, M

Effect:
Range: Medium (100 ft. + 10 ft/level)
Target: One Creature
Duration: 1 minute/level
Saving Throw: None; Spell Resistance: Yes

The target of the spell has a hard time avoiding attacks, sometimes even seeming to stumble into harm's way. The subject takes a -2 penalty to AC.
The curse cannot be dispelled, but it can be removed with a break enchantment spell or any magic that removes curses.
Material Component: A nail through a piece of leather.

Level 3

Curse of Impending Blades, Mass

School: Necromancy [Curse]; level: sorcerer/wizard 3, witch 3

Targets: Enemies in a 20 ft. Radius burst.

This spell is identical to curse of impending blades with the exception of targets.

Level 4

Taint of Shadow

School: Necromancy; level: Sorcerer/Wizard 4, witch 4

Casting:

Casting Time: 1 standard action
Components: V, S, M

Effect:

Range: Medium (100 ft. + 10 ft/level
Target: One living creature
Duration: 1 round/level (D)
Saving Throw: Fortitude partial; Spell Resistance: Yes

You taint the subjects blood with energy from the plane of shadow, causing it to begin to freeze in its veins. Every round the subject is dealt 4d6 points of cold damage and 2 points of Dexterity damage. The subject may make a fortitude save to reduce the cold damage by one half, and negate the Dexterity damage, but it does not end the spell.

Level 5:

Night's Caress

School: Necromancy [Evil], Level Sorcerer/Wizard 5, Witch 5

Casting:
Casting time: 1 standard action
Components: V, S

Effect:

Range: Touch
Target: creature touched
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: Fortitude Partial; Spell Resistance: Yes

Your touch disrupts the life energy of a single living creature. You deal 1d6 damage per caster level (Max 15d6) and 1d6 + 1/2 caster levels Constitution damage to your target. A successful fortitude save negates the Con damage, but not the normal damage. Damage dealt by this spell is negative energy damage.
